**West Virginia/Maryland/Pennsylvania:** Severe storms with **60 mph winds** are moving east at 40–50 mph. Expect downed trees, blocked roads, and sudden heavy-rain flooding. In WV, flash flooding threatens Route 19 and the West Virginia Turnpike near Summersville, Fayetteville, Richwood and Ansted through **8 PM EDT**. The Pennsylvania Turnpike between mile markers 101–130 is also in the storm zone. Severe-storm watches cover much of the Mid-Atlantic through **11 PM EDT**.
**Colorado:** Flash flooding is ongoing or expected around Fountain, Fort Carson, Stratmoor and Security-Widefield, where rain rates may reach **1.5–3 inches per hour**. Near Beulah and the Aspen Acres Burn Scar, life-threatening flooding and debris flows may wash out roads. Severe storms near Simla, Ramah, Calhan, Rush, Branson and Trinchera can produce **60 mph winds and hail**.

**Hawaii:** Oahu remains under a Flash Flood Warning through **noon HST**. Additional heavy rain may flood roads, streams, underpasses and low-lying areas near Waikane, Waiahole, Mililani, Punaluu and Kaaawa.
**Indiana/Illinois:** Severe storms with **60 mph wind gusts**, hail and torrential rain are affecting west-central Indiana near Terre Haute, Brazil, Clinton and Rockville, and eastern Illinois near Edgar and Vermilion counties. A flood warning is also in effect near Ridgeville, Indiana, where water may affect River Road and the approaches to the SR-1 bridge.
**Iowa:** Minor flooding is occurring along the North River near Norwalk. Water is over Iowa 28 immediately south of Norwalk, threatening rural gravel roads; secondary road closures are possible.
**Ohio:** Heavy thunderstorms may cause low-lying road flooding through **8 PM EDT** around Bucyrus, Galion, Morral, Nevada and Caledonia, plus near Pierpont in Ashtabula County.
**Alaska:** A Flood Watch begins tonight for the Susitna Valley through Wednesday afternoon. Expect **1–2 inches near the Parks Highway from Willow to Talkeetna**, with **2–4 inches upstream of Lake Creek and the Yentna Rivers**—raising concerns for low-lying roads and flood-prone areas.
