Use caution on **I-95, I-76, I-476, I-676 and I-295**, plus the New Jersey and Pennsylvania turnpikes. **Never drive through flooded roads.**

๐ŸŒง๏ธ **Central & eastern Kentucky:** Flash flooding is affecting Powell and Wolfe counties, including around **Campton, Natural Bridge State Park, Glencairn and Vortex**. Rain totals range from **1.5 to 3.75 inches**, with flooding reported in Campton. Warnings/advisories continue into the early morning; expect water-covered low spots, creeks and rural roads.

๐ŸŒง๏ธ **Richmond, Virginia area:** Flash flooding continues through **1:30 AM EDT** in Richmond, Chesterfield, southern Henrico and southeastern Powhatan counties. **3โ€“5.5 inches** of rain has fallen, with another **0.5โ€“1 inch** possible. Avoid flooded streets, underpasses and drainage-prone routes.
