Severe storms with wind gusts up to **60 mph** are moving east at 40 mph across north-central PA near St. Marys, Ridgway, Johnsonburg, Cameron, and Wharton through **12:45 PM EDT**.
**Eastern Ohio:** Flash flooding is possible through **2:30 PM EDT** in Harrison and Jefferson counties, including Steubenville, Cadiz, Wintersville, and Mingo Junction. Another severe storm near Zanesville is producing possible **60 mph wind gusts** while moving southeast at 40 mph through **12:30 PM EDT**.
A **Severe Thunderstorm Watch remains in effect until 3 PM EDT** for much of central, western, and southwestern Pennsylvania; east-central Ohio; and West Virginiaβs Northern Panhandle. Expect sudden heavy rain, ponding water, fallen tree limbs, and wind-blown debris.
