🚨 **Tornado Warning:** Southwestern Prince George’s and north-central Charles counties, Maryland—including Accokeek, Bryans Road and Pomfret—until **9:15 PM EDT**. **Major flooding threats:**
• **Kentucky:** Flash flooding around Lexington and Georgetown after 2–2.5 inches of rain, with more possible through late evening. Flood advisories also cover parts of eastern Kentucky. Avoid flooded streets, underpasses and low-water crossings.
• **West Virginia:** Numerous roads are closed or flooding in Boone, Fayette, Kanawha and Raleigh counties. Flooding affects Route 19, I-64 between mile markers 120–128, and the West Virginia Turnpike between mile markers 31–92.
• **Ohio & Pennsylvania:** Flooding is ongoing near Zanesville and Chandlersville, Ohio, and along **I-77 between mile markers 4–17** near Marietta. In Pennsylvania, road and home flooding is reported along **US-322 near Clarion and Strattanville**. Water may continue rising even after rain ends.
• **Hawaii:** Flash flooding on Oahu and Kauai. **Kuhio Highway is inundated and closed at the Hanalei River Bridge.** Heavy rain is causing flooded streets, highways and underpasses.
• **Colorado & New Mexico:** Dangerous flash flooding near the Southern Aspen Acres Burn Scar in Pueblo County, with rainfall rates up to 2.5 inches per hour and debris-flow risk at stream crossings and county roads. Additional flooding is affecting northeast Colorado and parts of Doña Ana and Guadalupe counties, New Mexico.
**Severe storms and dangerous winds:**
• **Virginia:** Richmond-area storms are producing up to 60 mph wind gusts and heavy rain; expect downed trees/power lines, reduced visibility and ponding on roads.
• **Kentucky, West Virginia, Colorado, Montana and Nebraska:** Severe thunderstorms may produce 60 mph winds, hail and torrential rain. Nebraska drivers near Merritt Reservoir should avoid **Highway 97 between mile markers 113–127**.
• **Nevada:** Minor flooding remains possible around Red Rock Canyon, Rocky Gap Campground and Spring Mountain Ranch.
