⚠️ **Southeastern Pennsylvania:** Flash flooding is ongoing or expected through **6 AM EDT** in parts of Bucks, Montgomery, and northeastern Philadelphia counties. Use caution on the **Northeast Extension between mile markers 21–35** and the **Pennsylvania Turnpike between mile markers 334–352**.
⚠️ **Indiana:** Minor Wabash River flooding is affecting the Bluffton and Linn Grove areas in Wells and Adams counties. **County roads may flood near Linn Grove**, while **River Road at Bluffton** begins flooding at the current river levels. Warnings continue into late Tuesday/early Wednesday.
⚠️ **Southeastern Illinois & Southwestern Indiana:** Heavy thunderstorms have dropped **1–2 inches** of rain, with another **1–2 inches possible** through **3 AM CDT** around Mount Vernon, Carmi, Grayville, Norris City, and Poseyville. Watch for water in low-lying and poorly drained roads.
