**Road Weather Update: Flooding is creating hazardous travel conditions across parts of the East and Midwest.**

• **Pennsylvania & northern West Virginia:** Flash flooding is ongoing around Altoona, State College, Bellefonte, Indiana, Punxsutawney, Kittanning, Pittsburgh, Washington and Waynesburg. An additional 1–2 inches of rain is possible in central PA, with flooded streets, underpasses, highways and low-lying areas reported or expected. Warnings generally remain in effect until **3:45 PM EDT**.

• **Delaware, New Jersey & eastern Pennsylvania:** A Flood Watch continues through late tonight. Stronger storms may produce rainfall rates of **1–3 inches per hour**, with localized totals of **3–5 inches**, leading to rapidly flooded urban roads and poor-drainage areas.

• **Ohio:** River flooding may affect travel near Granville, McConnelsville and Logan. **Route 669 above Malta** may flood, and **SR-93 south of Logan** is expected to see flooding beginning this evening.

• **Indiana & Illinois:** Significant river flooding continues along the Wabash and White rivers, affecting travel from Lafayette and Montezuma through Terre Haute, Vincennes, Spencer, Elliston, Petersburg and Hazleton. **SR 234 near Lodi**, **SR 157 between Worthington and Bloomfield**, and several roads near **SR 67, SR 48 and SR 54** may be affected by high water. Some county roads are flooded by more than 2 feet, and flood impacts may persist into next week in some locations.
