**Central Arkansas:** A severe thunderstorm moving east at **45 mph** is impacting Conway, northeastern Yell, and southeastern Pope counties, including near Russellville, Atkins, Morrilton, and Pottsville. Expect wind gusts up to **60 mph** and penny-size hail through **1:15 PM CDT**. Watch for downed trees, debris, and sudden crosswinds.
