**Northeast Alabama:** Flash flooding is ongoing or expected through **3 AM CDT** around Albertville, Scottsboro, Hartselle, Fort Payne and Boaz. Another 1β2 inches of rain is possible after 1β3 inches have already fallen, flooding streets, highways, underpasses and low-lying crossings. Severe storms near Scottsboro, Fort Payne, Rainsville and Geraldine may bring **60 mph gusts and nickel-size hail** through **12:30 AM CDT**.
**Northwest Georgia:** Heavy thunderstorms have dropped 2β2.5 inches of rain near Ringgold, Fort Oglethorpe, Rossville and Lookout Mountain, with another 1β2 inches possible. Flash-flood impacts may continue until **4:30 AM EDT**. Severe storms also pose **60 mph wind gusts and nickel-size hail** around Dalton, Ringgold, Summerville, Trion and La Fayette through early morning.
**Charlotte area, North Carolina:** Severe storms moving east at 15 mph may produce **60 mph wind gusts and nickel-size hail** around south and east Charlotte, Matthews, Mint Hill and Indian Trail until **1:15 AM EDT**. Watch for downed trees and power lines.
**Northwest Kansas:** Severe storms are crossing areas near **I-70 between mile markers 36 and 99**, including Colby, Hoxie, Oakley and Grinnell. Expect **golf-ball-size hail, 60 mph wind gusts and torrential rain** through **1 AM CDT**. Slow down or delay travel; never drive into flooded pavement.
**Northern Arizona:** Life-threatening flash flooding is affecting Coconino County near the White Sage Fire scar, Antelope Canyon, Lees Ferry and Vermilion Cliffs. **U.S. Highway 89A** is affected between mile markers **558β575 and 585β592**. Washes, creeks and canyon roads can flood rapidly; avoid the area through early morning.
**Philadelphia:** Flooding is occurring in Northeast Philadelphia, including Holmesburg, after 1β3 inches of rain; Pennypack Creek is in flood stage. Avoid low-lying and flood-prone roads through **4:45 AM EDT**.
